key it will send the form without completing it. The
information you are sending will be placed in the class directory
section, which is password protected. The directory can only be accessed
by class of '53 alumni, and the password will be e-mailed to you upon
completing and submitting this questionnaire. If you are including any information that you
still do not want published in
your personal page, put it in the space entitled "Private
Information". We encourage you to include any information
that you have regarding other classmates (e-mail, phone number, brief
background, etc), and to inform them about this website. A listing
of the classmates can be accessed by using the "pop-up"
included in this form. We also ask
that you send any photographs that you want published in your personal
page, including family photo's. You can send the photos as an attachment via
e-mail, or mail them
